Cucumber for freshness and clear skin:


Cucumber has a cooling effect which will help in providing a refreshing feel to skin.

This will be very effective of working women. In the evening , after a tiresome day, you can use  cucumber juice for refreshment of facial skin.
Below are few skin care tips using cucumber.

 a) Take a small piece of cucumber . Grind it well  without adding water. Apply it over the face and neck. Leave it for 15 minutes .Rinse off with plain water.
b) To the cucumber paste , add 1 table spoon of honey and apply on face. this will make the skin soft and smooth along with the glow.
c) mix cucumber paste with aloe vera  gel and apply all over the face and neck, rinse off after 15 minutes. If done continuously for 2 weeks, scars will reduce.
d) Mix cucumber juice with tomato juice and apply on hand and legs - this will give your skin a fair complexion.



 

Beauty Care with turmeric for fairness and glow:

 Turmeric is  a very old beauty secret  of all Indian  beauties ....  It is easily available in all grocery shops in India.

For facial care, we should always use Kasturi  turmeric. It  has got anti-inflammatory effect.  If you use plain kasturi turmeric  directly on face, there are chances of turmeric leaving yellowish stain on face. So it is always better to use turmeric along with curd or besan. 

Turmeric face pack for glowing fairness:

turmeric - 1 teaspoon

besan - 1 teaspoon

Powdered oats - 1/2 teaspoon

 milk powder - 1 teaspoon

rose water  -  enough to make a paste of the above ingredients

honey - 1 teaspoon

Mix all the above ingredients and apply  on face continuously for 3  weeks. You will find a great difference in your  complexion. This can be applied on arms and legs  to remove tan and to get a fair and glowing effect.

This is a great pack for  bride-to -be.

Even in the fist application , you will start finding differnce in complexion. It will reduce scars  and facial hair.

This pack can be washed off after  10 minutes of application.   Do not use soap or  facewash.

Just use water to clean the face.
